We want to intentionally foster a culture where people know – and feel – they belong to a charitable cause that transforms lives. The culture card highlights the ways in which we are to show up (welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, determined) and our four service and engagement principles (welcome, connect, support, invite). The culture card is a great reminder for staff to carry with them while working. Hand the culture card out at new hire orientation or at your next all-staff meeting.
