YShop offers several ways to place your order.

Minimum Order: An $9 minimum order charge will be applied to all orders under $25.

 Why a minimum order charge?  In order for us to maintain the high level of service and assistance that we are known for, each order we handle goes through several administrative processes, pulling, packaging, double checking etc. To help offset these costs, along with the rising costs of packing and shipping supplies, a Minimum Order Charge is necessary. We encourage all customers to browse through our web site to add an item or two to exceed the minimum order amount and avoid this charge.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

Sports Awards will process your product order and your shipping charges seperately. Payments will appear on your credit card statemewnt as two seperate payments to Sports Awards on seperate days. SHIPPING POLICIES*
Prepaid orders over $400 and custom business card/bookmark orders will receive FREE ground shipping with the following exclusions:

  • Shipping location must be within the contiguous 48 states to receive FREE shipping and must not be a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address.
  • May exclude certain products, including sports balls, water bottles or orders fulfilled by third parties.
  • SPECIAL ORDER COLORS are typically exempt from free shipping policy.

 

SHIPPING COSTS
Depending on the dimensional weight of the order, type of merchandise and delivery location,
ground shipping usually costs an estimate of 20% to 25% of product costs.

SQUARE FOOTAGE CALCULATIONS
In Feet = width x height (ex: 2 x 4 = 8 sq feet)
In Inches = (width x height)/144 (ex: 24 x 48 ÷ 144 = 8 sq feet)

 

ORDERS SUBJECT TO SALES TAX
Items sold by YShop/SportsAwards and shipped to destinations in Illinois are subject to sales tax. Organizations exempt from Illinois sales tax must provide a copy of the letter from the Illinois Department of Revenue providing the "E"-number in order to obtain the benefit of the exemption (tax removed from final invoice).

 

RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for credit, refund or replacement. Call customer service for procedure and authorization. 15% Re-stocking fees apply. Sorry - custom imprinted or lettered items are non-refundable. All claims for damage or loss should be filed within 7 days of receipt.

 

ENGRAVING INFORMATION
Tips to Avoid Engraving Errors
• E-mail your engraving information to sales@yshop.biz.
• Faxed engraving information should be at least 14 point font typed in all UPPER CASE.
• Separate engraving information by item number.
• Double check quantities to ensure that item quantities match quantities of engraving.
Trophy Engraving 3-4 Lines - 20 letters per line.
Medal Personalization 3 lines - 15 letters per line.

 

EXPEDITED BULLET SERVICE
Our “Expedited Bullet Service” is often available when deadlines are tight.
15% additional charge will be applied on orders that require less than standard
production times. See standard production times above. Please call with specific requests.

Art Proof

All Plaques and Awards orders will receive a proof at no cost. Proofs will be emailed within 24 – 48 hours of ordering. Production Time is 6 – 9 Working Days AFTER ART APPROVAL.
